Learning platforms - Why and What for?
Learning platforms are learning management systems (LMS) with which learning content is digitally created and made available. Their learning organisation for independent or supervised online learning via the web is thus child's play. Many applications such as learning modules, exercises, forums or tests can be used in LMSs. With the help of learning paths, these can be organised in terms of time and content. In addition, there are communication channels for teachers and learners that accompany the learning process and content.
Learning platform ILIAS
Minervis GmbH is a Premium Service Partner of the comprehensive learning platform ILIAS. It was already published as open source by the University of Cologne in 2004 and has been continuously developed since then. There are now thousands of installations worldwide, operated by education providers, companies, universities, schools and administrations.

ILIAS Hosting
We offer ILIAS hosting as an all-round package and take care of maintenance and installation on one of our servers located in Germany. We are also happy to advise and support you if you would like to install ILIAS on your premises. We will help you to set up ILIAS securely and efficiently on your servers and will be happy to look after the operation of the LMS.
